Police confirmed that the model had jumped and not fallen out the window of her nothern Bogota apartment.
According to media reports, Marulanda had only recently separated from her second husband. According to a friend, speaking on W Radio, the model and television host was going through a difficult time.
The 31-year-old model in the past hosted the news on CM& Noticias and Caracol television and was often seen in Colombian fashion magazines.
